I coach business owners whose lives are consumed by running, operating, and “doing” the work of their businesses but lack a clear idea, image, and definition of where they are going or continuously encounter internal or organizational limitations on this path.
My executive coaching takes many forms, but I emphasize helping my clients create the lives they want, whether they are striving for a promotion, facing a significant life event, or seeking a more fulfilling life and career.
Marketing Consulting
I provide strategic consulting related to product position, message clarification, and the development of marketing team performance.
Engagements are typically short and highly focused on important priorities. Services can be structured as fractional CMO services or strategic planning sessions with evaluation, idea generation and implementation steps.
Training
I provide 1:1 and small group training sessions which are tailored to the needs of the client. Training and development sessions are available in the areas of:

Jim Wagner
I’m a business coach and consultant serving business owners and executives. I live in Nashville, Tennessee, but my roots are in New England. I coach, train, and provide workshops to my clients in person and remotely. I operate a business today, and I coach and consult with others.
Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in running businesses, marketing departments, start-ups, and medium-sized businesses, both domestically and internationally.
Whatever my role, I’ve been a student of leadership, communication, team performance, and management. Most importantly, I am passionate about coaching people to grow and thrive, whatever that means to them. I live, work, play, and coach in the real world and my focus on my client’s priorities.
